Show a Partner’s Relevant Experience Without Sharing Private Client Files
A concrete partner application can explain capability without forwarding a customer’s report, address, messages or unapproved photographs. Describe the work categories and operating constraints you can substantiate, then use only materials you are entitled to share. More detail is not automatically better evidence.
Describe capability at the service level
Identify the work type, typical role and limits of the offered service. Distinguish work performed by your own team from work coordinated with another provider. Avoid adding certifications, geographic availability or equipment capability that has not been verified. A clear boundary is more useful to routing than a broad promise to handle every concrete concern.
Review supporting material before sharing
Use specifically cleared examples or other appropriate evidence, with identifying information and publication permission reviewed for that use. Removing a name alone may not protect a customer when distinctive facts, location details or embedded metadata remain. If clearance is unavailable, describe the general capability and offer an appropriate private verification route rather than circulating the file.
Keep the application separate from a work promise
Relevant experience does not guarantee a future match, award or outcome. The actual project still needs its own scope, availability and qualification review. Keep public marketing statements consistent with the capability submitted for routing. A concise, accurate profile helps the receiving team ask the right next question without treating a past task as proof of every future condition.

Worked example
Illustrative example: a fictional small crew describes its repair categories and access constraints without uploading a customer’s unapproved condition report. It offers an appropriate verification discussion instead of turning private project correspondence into a public partner credential.
