A Pre-Mobilization Record for the Selected Concrete Repair System
A crew should not arrive with only a product name and a square-foot allowance. Before mobilizing, assemble a short record connecting the selected system, actual substrate information and project constraints. This is a coordination tool for the agreed work, not a replacement for specifications, manufacturer instructions or qualified review.
Connect the documents
Retain the exact product documents and revisions being used, the specified preparation and any project-specific approvals. Identify which conditions still need to be confirmed at the site. A general cold-weather guide cannot establish the acceptance criteria for every mortar, resin, coating or protection method.
Assign the stop decision
Name the person authorized under the project process to review an unexpected substrate, moisture or weather condition. Record how the crew reports it before continuing. Avoid turning a field uncertainty into an undocumented material substitution or an assumed owner approval.
Copyable worksheet
Use one row for each field. Mark unknown information clearly and retain the original records.

Worked example
Illustrative example: the scope refers to one system while the delivery contains a different version. The discrepancy is recorded and reviewed before use. Similar packaging or a crew’s prior experience does not establish that the substitution meets this project’s requirements.
